Currently keyring support works if all the things it needs are present, and if it doesn't work it silently fails. Either way right now keys are still written to disk as a backup. Improve the keyring support so it's more robust. Alter the login/creation flows so that if the keyring is present and working we don't write anything but login to .iron.
