Guild can become leaderless, no way to promote to new leader or fix it. #126

If a guild leader is deleted or server moves the guild can become leaderless. Perhaps there could be a way to handle in support side of things or not allow player to delete or move if they are leaders.

THIS IS NOW FIXED! Players still have to have ability to hold guild deed by completing guild quest.
