Create Ice Devils in red as Vampiric Devils that only can be hunted during Halloween event, and that rarely drops a fang - use this with blood that can be made to drop from blood orbs to make with alchemy:

to create “Potion of Bleeding”. Similar to poison but bleeds target as a quicker rate.
Rare item to make since Halloween is seasonal .
in order to balance for PvP server - maybe make it only effective on monsters? Up for admin discussion but an idea.
