[ ] Amulet of the Blood Seeker - "Armor Proc Desc": "Vampiric Touch". -kinda the same thing as the Chiroptera Axe where they can lifesteal every now and then
[ ] Talisman of the Infinite Forest - "Armor Proc Desc": "Lightening" - lower ammo weight
[ ] Locket of Ancient Memories - "Armor Proc Desc": "Innervate" - lower stamina cost on some spells

Do multiple instances of this on items proc separately?
