Bank can sometimes get into a state where it wont allow items and feedback is unclear

Bank will just say the item can't fit without a clear understanding of why.

Looks to be that the 'size / mass' is impacting the bank and the player ....

made sure the mass/size check only applies when going in an actual container that is not the bank or backpack
