Cannot add water to bucket from well

Used a well to fill an Empty Bucket in my backpack.

1. The bucket was not filled/changed type to full bucket of water.
2. The game made a sound like someone vomiting
3. A blank UI screen appeared that was titled "U" and had nothing in it. It cannot be closed and title "U" flashes yellow/green. I had to force close client.
4. Next attempt crashed the client.
