Music tracks not changing upon login; all title screen music #548

Music is not changing with char loading into game. Still Title music.

I just did a simple test and it seemed to work. going to bounce around to other places.

Sounds like this was related to a setting being music off? correct - closing. reopen if its something else that needs to be fixed
