Vrethpool NPC missing #557

doing quest today so im finding a few things l;D . In Vrethpool, enter the building with the pub sign. " Missing NPC " In Vrethpool - The armor shop is in the back room here. Speak with the female warrior. She will tell you to find the three monuments to the fallen warriors.
