Don't allow trading of items to that are not going back to the owner? #635

I have a pair of BK Leggings I traded from another player via a table. (It was a token transaction for tokens.) The BK Leggings are considered looted. I tried to use an unloot scroll. It did not work. This really is awful.

^--- this happened. to prevent a buyer from buying hot goods don't allow trade table things that arent yours unless going back to original owner

See what it says - I think it should show that it isn't that person on the tooltip but that is probably not good enough. could accidentally buy hot loot or do it and then say you didn't know.

Restricted to only allow trading of items that are not marked or are the other trading partners mark
