not sure if this is just a test server issue when people teleport off but seems like it was just using that spawn gate even though the player had logged on/off outside silvesat multiple times. that usecode flag state doesn't seem to be fixing
not sure if there is more going on with the normal way to leave silvest so test that too
I test the newbie flag on PlayerGeneric::OnRespawnThem and see if its not set and they are in newbie land after teleport. if so, I choose a spawn gate.
