Reconfigure starting windows for quest log and wider player stats

Have the Kristanna trigger work right when you start so its clear to player to talk to her (she can call your name out or something).

[ ] Have way for usecode script to open UI windows for training
[x] Remove the read book spam (have Kristanna say it on the newbie start quest in convo) or be part of quest to do 1 book
[x] Fix Kristanna state when you are in newbie quest vs just talking to her
[x] Fix Kristanna state for spawn gate
[x] Also, look at why Anna Belle quest isn't recording rat kills

I added the Questlog and Monster Manual to the default UI starting windows and tweaked the instructions
