Find all players that have numbers in name and issue name change plus rename them to something valid for now

May have been exploited in old system. Dont think they can do that now so its just cleanup

123456789 is an extreme example

This is only on Atreus and Elverum. I made a list but there are 572 names currently across those two servers which have a digit. I don't want to hand edit that - what other options are there? I uploaded list with char ids to the design sheet.
