Alignment bonus not being applied soon enough on login so boosted equipment can uneqiupment #768

Equipment Login with Nyca Horn Unequips at login but then after login can be equiped: My dex is 86, but when i log in nyca horn unequips with this messange "your dexterity is 78, but needs to be 80 to equip the Horn of Nycadaemon"

Alignment bonus is now applied at login so if you are using it to boost something it wont unequip if you logoff with the alignment for the boost
