Hunger/Stamina seems to be decreasing too quickly #775

Takes 1 hour to go to 0 stamina, prior to the patch on 8/25 it wasn't as quick.

Perhaps related to the server side con calculations, not sure. Probably need to review this entire system (food/eating etc) and see how this should fit into the overall experience.
