Hybrid Classes and Level 100 Stat Req #789

Allow for hybridization of classes.. nothing should require 100 stat... unless it's obviously overpowering to have a warrior wear a mage intended weapon(reduce some weapons to 80-90 stat requirement ie. Nimble Gloves)

Pat - i think this is handled with your changes. and the new classes, but ill tag you on this in discord too. Reopen if you think we need to
