Levels over 100 give +3 stat attribute, giving an additional +30 at level 110, from 100. That's interesting, and hybridization should be encouraged. 100str 100con 20 is boring, but adding 30 points to allow variety is VERY interesting and allows for more customization which allows alternative characters more avenues to explore.
