Exp issues - maybe visual on client still? not sure... #793

Experience for skills seems to be buggy -- I've noticed no skill exp gain after 20 mins of grinding; Can we have up to date skill level tracking?

I have made this clearer now. it specified player vs skill exp if monster is too low and it fixed some display issues with skills
