Some more use for Identify Skill #798

I put my recommendations in the comment.

Player Recommended a few things When you ID a player, they have a small "badge" for skills they have mastered, and mastering a skill could give a small character buff (ie. mastering fishing nets fish that give more stamina, or mastering baking/roasting gives more stamina per use, etc.. small buffs)

Maybe make these child skills that lower the # of kills required to expose the tier depending on player level of skill
