With monsters drops of 1-3 gold and potion price of 11 one will pretty much have to either hunt till HP runs out, or never upgrade gear because everything is spent on healing. Other games either have some kind of healing skill, or just better economy/quest rewards so that gear upgrades and healing could be affordable. For example Dransik could introduce something like Novice Healing Potion, or something like that, which would be endless till, let's say, level 20
