Forging Tables should be visible as to level requiments etc #810

All forging tables should be made visible in game. Anyone at any level should be able to see what level it takes to make X item and how many of Y it would take to make X item.

Not sure what this is but looks to be part of crafting so handling it in this pass

all info is now shown and item available after current level are shown in list disabled to teast the info to player
