1 year ago confirmed the creatures have a 50%. chance of dropping them. i don't see how they could be swapped with greater healing potions though.... will test a bit in stage to confirm its working
Balrons and Ice Devils were mentioned but maybe something is off with the IDs, or the % chances or the rolling mechanics
