[ ] They are based OnDamage, maybe a spell instead? or at specific health ranges?
[ ] Maybe remove it from some bosses
[ ] Summoned boss adds should drop gold/items.

Just from stories I've heard about summoned adds from bosses, they should not drop items (gold is good) unless they're spawning at certain percentage intervals (every 20-25% or something). I have seen many items drop that resulted in decent loot and could be an economy killer.

Agree spanwed monsters should only drop gold. Otherwise economy will be flooded. Think maybe a mix of hp threshold and/or random.
