Ensure all items are properly in shops for buying, exist on treasure tables, properties are fully setup

• [x] Bloodhound Blade (added to shop and to Travaal bosses)
• [x] Bloodhound Leggings (added to shop and to Travaal bosses)
• [x] Bloodhound Robes (added to shop and to Travaal bosses)
• [x] Bloodhound Gloves (added to shop and to Travaal bosses)
• [x] Bloodhound Horns (added to shop and to Travaal bosses)
• [ ] Mesmer Chestplate (already in shops, needs to be on NPCS for drops)
