Cooking - FujiQ

As requested, have started testing Cooking stuff. Started from the beginning so i Foraging stick some seeds and grew crops and harvested.

I hope that the mixing cup gets removed, it is excess clicking no matter how i try to rationalize it. Iv got high hopes for the Craft/Trade Manager that was mentioned. it would be a shame to have most of the gameplay be run by an auto-clicker.

• The wheat/flour had me encumbered quickly with only 1 row(16 plots) of flour worth, had to bank half of what i had to be able to walk around and still cook.
• I was buying 1 tool at a time, the Farmer only sells 1 tool at a time making me close and open the window to buy more low durability tools.
• Am hopeful some channel bars are added to farming Agriculture and Cooking actions.

• System chat when prepping the food looks much better, you can see the stages easier.
• All the food i made so far was stacking, which is soooo good.
• I only used the mixing cup for moving water from the bucket to the mixing bowl,
• Seeding and Harvesting crops is a wall of green font.
• I briefly checked the settings and Input/Hotkeys to see if there was a Diary or Recipe book with unlocked notes/info i can refer back to, but rememberd i had to take screenshots of the Pub books last time.
• On Silvest all of the books in the Pub under the 2nd set of stairs dont tell people where Sugar, Milk and Eggs come from or how to obtain, only that you need them, And there is an empty/broken book.

Am hoping that the Foraging stick is reworked, i dont feel like it needs a double action or to be targeted, as a new player i assumed that it only need to be clicked and it would automatically search everywhere nearby from the 1x the area around the tile i was standing, asif my character and me are a team and it had my best intentions at heart

• kinda makes you feel like your part blind that youre fumbling around trying to find flowers that you would see if you got the chance but there is no way to tell if the resources are empty or if someone had just gathered all the resources nearby either, you gota just keep clicking until you strike oil but with flowers.

I'm reviewing your feedback now for implementation @KaycJonesz and wanted to ask you a couple questions...

• "Am hoping that the Foraging stick is reworked..." have you had a chance to try the new resource gathering?
• "Am hopeful some channel bars are added to farming Agriculture and Cooking actions" what do you mean?
• " if there was a Diary or Recipe book with unlocked notes/info" will add this, wanted trade manager to handle but can be easy in mean time to do
• "books in the Pub under the 2nd set of stairs dont tell people where Sugar, Milk and Eggs come from" I removed sugar from Silvest as part of cooking/farming progression rework. Do you think I should remove the cookbooks that use those recipes?

• "the Farmer only sells 1 tool at a time" This is the same in AE. It would be great to fix, but a cheesy fix would be player crafted higher durability options or store bought

none of the cooking farming/ eating is consistent, the foods you cook where so much different before..
