Revert how guards interact with criminal status on death and jail #941

Guards vs Players on death/respawn

If players attack a guard or has criminal status while running away from a guard, have them respawn at the nearest criminal spawn gate instead of jail. Currently the use of criminal spawn gates is somewhat pointless unless there is PvP. Getting sent to jail by guards as a way to set a spawn that may be closer to an area, for example that you are either hunting at, is very discouraging and definitely does not fit the "Dransik-feel".


Guards vs Players with jail

When it comes to how to get into jail to serve time, re-introduce criminal counts on kill and on loot. A minimum of 11 criminal points was needed to get sent to jail by the guards.

On Kill: In previous versions, each kill (or last hit) on a player gave 5 points to the killer. Instead make them 3 criminal points on kill for the player who inflicted the last hit regardless of level difference, how many times you kill them consecutively, etc.

On Loot: As for looting a body to retrieve an item

i tried getting this fixed when i was a dev, this is the crim system and how the server is set, honestly it was changed cause i had exploited a vels move with gaurds and didnt tell them how it was done post ycg, but then when i was a dev i was figuring this out, there was a switch i mad made in gm island to try to toggle the crim system but it never worked correctly

all of this system is still in the code tho i know that much, its on armagedon settings in the server, or it was ~shrug~ not the same game anymore tho
