Add native OOC (Out of Combat) Stamina regen based on Con. Will help immensely being able to toggle attack off and regen some stamina to continue hunting, rather than chugging stamina potions or waiting 2 minutes to eat food or having to make a trip to town especially at low - mid levels.

hunger is added as well now to make the system work properly.
