Quick Drag item appears to drop but is stuck on cursor (invisible)

Quickly dragging stuff in bank makes it as if I was still holding the item even though I am not clicking anymore ---> looks like release of mouse button isn't triggering a drop so next mouse move and click drops it in that spot

fixed
