Target cursor visually dropped but still on target (and will attack)

I have seen this a few times before, when in combat selecting another enemy will deselect it. However, it will still attack the enemy. I'm using tab for it in this instance ---> video shows him tab targeting another enemy. the cursor drops on client but he is still attacking it and therfor still targeted it

pretty sure i fixed this, found a place where the target would be dropped on client without telling server
