My functions got deleted during the last night. I will re do the whole project as I am not happy with what I ended up with and want to have a better understanding of the work we have done

Hello Sam, here is my feedback:

The readme is fine although you could improve the structure a little bit. The EDA notebook has some kind of error so you can't see it. There are other documents in the repo that are empty or you don't know very well what they are for. In the visualisation notebook I see all the process you have done but it lacks to explain a bit what you are doing and why and how it affects your hypothesis.
