Hello Juliana, here is my feedback:

Overall it's a good project. A well done readme (although it starts in a confusing way) where the cleaning and exploration of data is explained and the hypotheses are tested. It uses correctly the functions of analysis.py and cleaning.py that you have done but does not use the functions.py functions. Good work.
