Great README! Good introduction and use of different types of graphs and (sub)plots. Made a good effort explaining outliers and your thoughts on why these might have occurred.

Good use of different types of graphs, most are self explanatory and clear.
Organisation
- For better organisation consider moving all your code files to the src folder.
