README Your README is well organized and informative. Including your analysis alongside the visualizations is a great way to present your work

SQL You did a great job cleaning your data in MySQL.

Tableau Great job clearly presenting the objectives of your story as well as the conclusions. It is always the goal that your story can be understood completely on its own, in case someone reads this in Tableau and doesn’t have the repository as additional information. Your use of filters makes your visualizations a lot more interesting. My only comment would be to include only the filters that are actually applicable. For example, on the Salary Insights story point, the Work Year filter could go, since we are only seeing 2023 data. And the way you chose to present the information of the different levels of seniority and salaries by job title is clear and informative and your use of the color palette throughout your whole project makes it even better.
