Add Single-Trigger Acceleration Alternative #33

This PR adds the single-trigger language proposed, as well as some tooling to build single- and double-trigger variants of the stock purchase agreement form.

@jboehmig I'm going to go ahead and merge this with my simplification, which now reflects my review of other single-trigger forms. I'll be sure to cut another preview release fairly soon, so you can see the changes in the Word files.
