Make purchase agreements for cash, IP, and both #34

This PR adds language and tools to generate all of the following variants of the stock purchase agreement:

  1. Single-trigger, for cash
  2. Single-trigger, for IP
  3. Single-trigger, for 50/50 cash and IP
  4. Double-trigger, for Cash
  5. Double-trigger, for IP
  6. Double-trigger, 50/50 cash and IP

This is probably a workaround pending resolution of #32.
