Better playlist editing support #395

Particularly:

Adding entire folders / artists / albums to playlists (this one is the most important one for me)
Saving "Now Playing" list as new playlist (or adding to existing playlist)
Adding currently playing song to playlist from player

Apart from that, I think it would be nice to be able to mass-edit by clicking checkboxes next to each song, and then issue commands to all checked songs at once.

(I could be persuaded to do some work on this myself if need be).
