Lots of minor changes to improve some of the more minor aspects of the code.

Changes

Removing old dependencies, Fixes #5
Removing the screenshot branch in favour of a separate repo
Refactoring all themes to be written as well as LightRound, Fixes #1
Merging LightRound and LightSquare into LightTheme, Fixes #3
Actually using the Yanone Kaffesatz font by default in the CodeCourse theme

Have to add some sort of attribution to mtheme for inspiration.

Apparently I am unable to check this right now because I can't compile any beamer presentation with code in it, meaning that I can't test any of my previous presentations...
