Add Optimism #44

In the docs here Optimism is listed as supported, but from what I can tell here Optimism support has not yet been added to the JS library.

Correct, the Integration has been temporarily shelved in favour of more pressing work - I'll update the docs to reflect the current implementation status of the client.
