[FEATURE REQUEST] Add search functionality for notes (at least on wishlist) #1846

Current Behavior (if any)

You can add notes to games, but are unable to do any native searching involving those notes. You can export your wishlist , and that export will have the notes, but I can't search for something like "bioshock clones" and have anything appear.

Desired Behavior

Note strings to work with the search function, at least just on the wishlist page. I want to be able to to add a note like "early access unreleased", and to be able to search for games with that string. "Can" do this already with exporting, but it'd be nicer to have it native.

Motivation / Use Case for Changing the Behavior

I'm a freak and have an extremely large wishlist, and am one of those people that would really like to have different folders and different wishlists. Searching over custom notes seems like a way to get to a similar place.

Adding new wishlist filters has some complications and I'm not sure if we'll be able to make it work. Though we are working on a better overview for user notes, see #429.
