Remove deprecated features, rework FPlayers #1858

Fixes #1851, and also switched to the new checkout flow when adding selected DLC to cart. Closes #859. Closes #214, and also switched to a new option, default to true. Closes #669. We get the data from Steam now.

Next version presumed to be 3.1.0.

We can change cart feature to skip popup, like we did with prevent redirection. Would that be useful?

Instead of removing the feature altogether.
