[FEATURE REQUEST] Bring back "hide games that you own" when viewing another person's games list #1867

Desired Behavior

119562031-8f3c8780-bdae-11eb-96b9-a200fc626dff (screenshot from https://github.com/IsThereAnyDeal/AugmentedSteam/issues/1133 ) Previously this was something done by augmented steam, but after "Filter to games you both own" ("hide games that you do not own" in the old augmented steam implementation) was made a native feature this was not reimplemented.

Motivation / Use Case for Changing the Behavior

It was to nice to be able to use it to check a friend's library to see what games we did not have in common.

I don't want to say this is impossible, but this will likely be very difficult to achieve due to how Steam's new website is built.
