For now it checks if the game page has the Denuvo informational text (although it's broken and is being fixed atm)
Also check the game's EULA for traces of DRM if the game page does not list any
Example, Code Vein has Denuvo but the page doesn't say so. It is mentioned in the game's EULA if it's possible to check that.

Also the extension would become more helpful since it would show an information normally hidden from the user (you don't read EULAs unless you buy the games)
