[BUG] Steam inventory: new items can be scrolled forward but not back

Expected Behavior

Whenever you receive new items in your steam inventory they are displayed in a single row of boxes. If there are too many items to display you'll see an arrow to click to scroll through more items. The arrows allow you to scroll forward and back. Both arrows should work.

Actual Behavior

The forward arrow works but the back arrow does not work. You can't scroll back to the previous items

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Receive new inventory items, enough items that you need an arrow to scroll forward/back
2. Scroll forward then scroll back
3. Scrolling back does not work.

Specifications

• Augmented Steam Version: 4.1.2
• Browser Version: Firefox 131.0.2

I don't know if this is a Steam problem, an AS problem, or a browser problem but it's been happening for a long time. It's a pretty minor issue but still an issue.

I'm pretty sure this is a Steam bug. I've investigated this before, and it's certainly fixable, but we don't have much appetite for patching Steam bugs nowadays unless it's trivial and affects more important functionality. For example, we a have a patch that removes duplicate screenshots on store pages, which breaks scrolling.

I think you can click on scroll right a few more times to get scroll back working, but I forgot the details 😅

I can only click on scroll right once then I get the scroll left arrow.

Ah you're already aware of this bug that's good. Just wanted to let you know. Like I said it's not a serious issue.
