Friend invite requirements #392

This would allow a series of requirements you can set that users must meet to send you friend invites, including minimal level, amount of mutual friends, and more. Invites that don't meet these requirements will be automatically ignored.

Thanks for reaching out. The project was from 2015 and doubt any of the features still work with all the revamps of steam over the years. (This was also written prior to me having any coding experience and is a complete mess...) If you would like to use anything I have from that code base here on AugmentedSteam let me know and I can help. The repo should be public and as long as you mention that you are using my code or ideas I am happy for you to use it.

I've been integrating all my userscripts for steam into Augmented Steam. Turns out, it's actually pretty easy to pull of. I'd recommend you, doing the same. You can even improve the code, while you're at it, you'll see. You can be a contributor. There are a lot of other ideas and issues, so it may take a while to get to this. So, if you are willing to work on this, that would be amazing!
