Collection Sync issue with large Steam library and ITAD Website #2013

I have been having a perpetual issue with syncing my Steam collection with ITAD, likely due to the size of my steam collection (16,877 Games Owned + 6,616 DLC Owned)

The profile is public and syncs with SteamGifts, ESGST, gg.deals, and other sites/tools without issue.

I have also attempted the sync with the Alpha ITAD website to no avail.

The sync use to work until a few months ago and I've been having issues with it ever since.

I linked the profile https://steamcommunity.com/id/_C0S_/. I was able to sync his waiting list, but impossible to sync his collection. chrome_QJmxvs46W8 chrome_rnhd3DkjW4

ERROR 500 na steamu - so I guess the problem is there

Info from duplicated issue #1962:

Deleted Steam profile and re-added it. Waitlist syncs without an issue. Collection sync responds with : "Nothing found on profile" My supposition is that his is due the the sheer number of items that it has to sync via my profile.

16,423 Games Owned -and- 6,395 DLC Owned.

When attempting to sync my profile with other sites and tools, everything appears to working. I have also validated that my privacy options are all set to public as well - per attachment.
