Is there some sort of auto-rejection-bot at the back end?

A follow-up-comment especially since there has been no official-words on this: For a past month or so, this "issue" seemed to been (internally) resolved which had been evident to have my edits accepted without a hitch ( Although worth noting: The backend of ITAD-website automatically deducts five (5)-minutes of the inputted expiry-time; I suppose this is a "just-in-case"-solution for possible offsets and such, hence all current entries of mine are "missing" 5-minutes ). However, exactly "today" I have noticed this issue has yet once again resurfaced and it seems still to be arbitrarily random. So what is exactly going on here? Is this just simply the moderators unable to fine-tune the edit-suggestions before being published and therefore they need full-on reject (and seemingly forget) the revision-entries? With the lack of anything resemblance of the "comments" there is zero feedback for the "why"-questions.
