Being a game collector, I can track game prices thank to your site. Yet if any game is removed from Steam, usually other stores too all at the same time, then that game's price history becomes unavailable.
On the other hand, there are sites like SteamGifts rely on ITAD information about whether a game is bundled or not. I know IGBwiki (gone) and others exist too yet ITAD is becoming defacto in checking things like that. That information as well as others I couldn't think atm are lost too.
So I'd like to suggest instead of removing/hiding page for removed games, let them be accessible. Since it will not show any prices from any stores buyers can not be misled to anywhere. A warning can be written to inform it is removed. And price history as well as bundled information etc. will still be available to all who need it.

Forex; Twin Vaccine got removed 3 days ago: https://steamdb.info/app/221340/history/ Using any part of its name on ITAD returns "no" result since it's not sold in stores anymore. But price history like kept here: https://www.steamprices.com/sg/app/221340/infected-the-twin-vaccine-collectors-edition is still useful as a reference price since there are other sites that sell as well as traders that kept a gift.
