I'm obviously getting well ahead of where this project is at, but I eventually need to choose a license that meets the following criteria:
I can host PICR for my own content whereever I want for free (IE: locally in Docker on Synology like Isaac does or even an individual hosting PICR on AWS/any other cloud service
I can host my friends for free (EG: set up PICR plus an FTP/Cloud sync for uploading files) or even charge them some nominal amount such as "Use my PICR and I'll invoice you $100 a year to cover the cost of a new HDD"
This can't be monetized by commercial entities who don't contribute either financially (donating) or development (contributing bug fixes or new features)
I haven't done any research yet but I'm sure there is a good license for this. It's more important to me to help individuals than to charge commercial entities, so if we need a "tie breaker" i'll side on sometime more permissive.
