They should be exposed on the artwork's page - all replies if logged in, only public (on the source server) and approved (by Pandacap user) replies if not logged in.
They should also be exposed through an appropriate ActivityPub mechanism if any. These don't need to be moderated, but it should only be public ones exposed here.
