Add syntax highlighting on GitHub #1

Any plans to add this to https://github.com/github/linguist? linguist is where syntax highlighting is added for GitHub.

For example, here's a pull request that adds syntax highlighting for .browserslistrc files: https://github.com/github/linguist/pull/5099

@SeekingMeaning I hadn't considered it previously since

We try only to add new extensions once they have some usage on GitHub. In most cases we prefer that extensions be in use in hundreds of repositories before supporting them in Linguist.

I'm busy working on other stuff at the moment, so I don't plan on doing this anytime soon. If you want to make a pull request though, you're very welcome to try
