Resolves #10

MVP features finalized for Groups (Home) page.

Future dev efforts:

Prayer (#4 )
Contact info (see #22, #24 )
Other features labeled as 'defer'

I was able to leave and join group, create an update, and use the "Resources," "Prayer," and "Contact" buttons as intended. However, still need to implement verifying the group ID: no message for invalid group ID.
